About Us

Bungalow Town Productions was established by Rachel Wexler and Jez Lewis in 2004. Our first film was Philip And His Seven Wives, directed by Marc Isaacs for BBC Storyville, which gained them their biggest audience to date as well as generating international media interest. Since then we have continued to produce award-winning feature documentaries for BBC and Channel 4, as well as international co-productions with Sundance Channel, ITVS, and others. We currently have three films short-listed in four categories of the Grierson Awards for documentaries, and several new projects in production and development.
